I am thrilled to announce my "Oil Painting Time-Lapse short film" along with an interesting story today.
Initially, Mr. Gaku Kakizaki, who is an oil painter, asked me if he could use my "Super Pink Moon 2020" photo for his painting. Then, I asked him to record the process for my short film work. When I was editing the video, I chose "A song of spring," by Mr.Takeshi Asai, as background music.
Dr. Peter Lim, a poet in Melbourne, wrote a poem in 2018 that inspired Mr. Asai to compose this song.
After that, Mr. Asai performed "A song of spring," at his concert and released the album including this song. In the album, he designed the inside with my concert photo of him & Dr. Peter Lim's poem.
As a result, our inspirations joined together in this short film, and I am delighted to collaborate with these artists for my "Oil Painting Time-Lapse short film."
I appreciate all the people who have been involved in my short film work.
